Florida Compliance Air and Duct Tightness Test Forms:
Effective July 1, 2017 every new home in Florida has to be tested for building air tightness. FSEC has posted blank forms for use by those conducting tests and for building officials. These forms are consistent in look to what is in the 2014 Technical Assistance Manual for Software Vendors approved by the Florida Building Commission. The language on them reflects the current code as modified by the Florida Building Commission and Florida legislature.
Building Officials: In Adobe Acrobat Professional you can remove the state seal if you want to replace it with your own.
